Sarah Parmelee is the Rappahannock Land Use Representative for Piedmont Environmental Council. Sarah works with town and county residents to help them make decisions that protect the lands and waters of the piedmont while fostering stronger, more sustainable communities. With a background in forestry, Sarah sees conservation as a way for everyone to win and is passionate about protecting land for future generations.
