Speaker Paul Hutcheson was raised on a small hobby farm and enjoyed helping his parents in their very extensive flower and vegetable gardens. In college, he majored in horticulture and has been running the family greenhouse business since 2012. Some of his areas of expertise include native plants, deer-resistant plants, growing fruits and vegetables, and landscape design. In his spare time, he enjoys honeybees, saving seeds, and growing trumpet lilles in his garden.

Speaker - Calfee Garden Club member, Val Story will share her knowledge of the responsibilities of state and national garden clubs and where Calfee Garden Clubs fits in the larger picture. We are excited to have Val lead the club again this year in Design.
Val is a NGC Flower Show Judge and also a past president of the VFGC.
